The Elk Grove office became part of the Southwest family in August of 2016. Anna and Ray Knottnagel owned the answering service for years, which they had purchased from her mother, keeping it a family business. Still family owned today, the Elk Grove office has a healthy mix of medical and commercial accounts plus the school district (Elk Grove Unified) they call as happy customers.

Where You’ll Find Us – Directions to Southwest Answering Service Elk Grove
From the South, take I-5 North to Exit 170 and The Old Road to Avenue Stanford. Use the 2nd from the left lane to turn left onto Magic Mountain Pkwy. Turn right onto The Old Road then turn right onto Rye Canyon Road, follow Avenue Stanford to our office, suite 120.
From the North, Take CA-99 South to Elk Grove Blvd in Elk Grove. Take exit 286 from CA-99 South. Turn East on Elk Grove Blvd about a mile and a half to our office. We’re on the south side of Elk Grove Blvd just past Railroad Street.
